Its president, Tengku Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah said according to the new constitution, the two new deputy president posts must each be filled by a man and a woman as decided at the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of MHC Sunday.
"There are several changes in the organisational structure under the new constitution whereby the governing council is dropped.
"This means the post of secretary-general is also dropped and replaced by the post of chief executive officer (CEO)," he told reporters after chairing the EGM here, today.
According to the new constitution, MHC would be led by a president, has two deputy presidents, seven vice-presidents, a CEO and treasurer.
The post of MHC deputy president is currently held by Puan Sri Raja Noora Ashikin Raja Abdullah.
